Regular appointments for new clients available from early April 2026, however I remain happy to have an initial discussion and plan options at that stage.
One to one counselling appointments are charged at £48 per session (for new clients from April 2026). Each appointment is approximately 50 minutes long and following the initial assessment appointment, we agree how often and for how long we will work together. If we jointly agree to some extended EMDR sessions of up to 90 minutes long, these are charged at £65 per session.

I offer appointments by prior arrangement; occasionally on a Monday afternoon, and routinely on a Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, and all day Thursday. Variable times are available including some early evening appointments if required.
I use a room at Spiro Clinic and Wellness Centre, Lower Galdeford, Ludlow, SY8 1RT; a fully accessible venue with a reception waiting area and disabled parking – please see my Access Statement for further details. Additional parking in the Smithfield Car Park (adjacent to clinic) which is charged at 40p per hour.
Additionally the clinic is close to a stop for the Ludlow town centre bus services stop at the Mascall Centre (routes 701 or 722)
End of Life doula work is charged at £25 per hour plus travel costs; and work can be considered within a 40 mile radius of Ludlow.
