End of Life Doula role

End of Life Doula’s support both the person and those important to them as they plan for what they would like at the end of their lives, or adjust to and live with a terminal diagnosis.  It is a non-medical role and offer support around practical and/or emotional needs at this time.  This can include advocating for people’s wishes, advance planning for end of life, and supporting the navigation of support services, in addition to psychological support.
